We offer shared, drug-free, independent living environments for adults who can manage daily responsibilities without hands-on support. Each resident has access to a private or semi-private room, shared common spaces, and essential amenities.

No. TrueCourse is not a personal care home, assisted living facility, or nursing home. We do not provide direct medical care, personal assistance, or supervision. Residents must be able to live independently or arrange outside services on their own.

Who qualifies to live at TrueCourse?

We serve single adults with income, including SSI, SSDI, or private pay. Residents must be able to live independently and pass a background screening. At this time, we are unable to accommodate children, couples, or pets.
